You Won’t Believe What Five Pounds of Fat Looks Like (WATCH)

We have been so conditioned to think that the number on the scale is the only number that matters, but that is not always the best way to measure.
If you are working out and adding muscle while losing fat, the scale may not budge much.  However, you could completely reshape your body.  You might want to focus on more accurate ways to measure yourself, such as body fat testing and good old tape measurements.  Paul Brones, of Tilton Fitness, explains on Living Well with Robin Stoloff.
