Drunk Man Punches Lifeguards After Being Rescued at the Jersey Shore

If you were swept out to sea, and a lifeguard rescued you, how would YOU say 'Thank You'???

Ivan Rivera and his friend were rescued over the weekend in Seaside Heights.  He showed his gratitude, by allegedly punching the lifeguard right in the face!!

Police say Ivan was definitely under the influence of alcohol.  He now faces charges of  of simple assault, disorderly conduct and underage drinking.

A drunk guy in Seaside?  Who would have thought???
