‘Awesome Parents’ Steal Beach Bags in Front of Their Children on Local Beach

Talk about a 'Beach Day'!

The Parents of three children took it upon themselves to have a fun filled day of sun, sand, and stealing other people's stuff.

First the Mother, Kelly Costanzo of Philadelphia, was caught and arrested.  The children were with her and were also taken into Police Headquarters.  For the record, the kids were not stealing, and were setting the proper example.  Later, the Father was arrested and  found at Lincoln and Ocean avenues in Wildwood (Press of Atlantic City).  His name is Larry Hall, and he apparently fled and left his family behind before Police later caught up with him.

Parents of the year, right? The Children are now placed in custody with a relative.
