If ice cream has been your snack of choice during quarantine, you now have a new theme song.

Every Friday during Brooke & Jeffrey in the Morning, Jeff his Song of the Week. They're not exactly 'parodies', most of the time they're more of a tribute.

But, this week, Jeffrey's song is more of a tribute to shame. And the spiral so many of us have been on when it comes to snacking while on COVID-19 lockdown.

If you've been face down in a pint of Ben & Jerry's more often than not, you're not alone. A lot of us have packed on the Quarantine 15, treating quarantine more like a snowy weekend. And, who could blame us? With being isolated comes feeling of being down, and when we're down, we want to EAT!

And, Young Jeffrey has not been spared growing a spare tire around his middle when he can't keep the spoon of ice cream out of his mouth. But instead of beat himself up about it, he comes clean about his ice cream obsession to Brooke and Jose, using Post Malone as inspiration.
