Gov. Chris Christie signed a bill Monday outlawing 'flakka,' a zombie drug that can be found in convenience stores, and has violent side effects.

This time of the year it's pretty common to leave for work in the morning and see the puff of cars idling in their driveways up and down the road. There are many reasons that people warm up their cars but you could actually be breaking the law by doing so.

Yep, welcome to No Jersey. No texting and WALKING if a bone-headed bill becomes law.

Legislation is now being introduced in Trenton that would effectively lower the drinking age from 21 to 18. I will be following this story very closely since I'm the parent of a 19-year-old college student.
