First restaurants, then most of our beaches, and now your car.

If you're driving with children, and decide to light up a cigarette, you soon could be breaking the law.  A state bill is being proposed to prohibit smoking while driving with a minor.  If caught, you could be hit with a 100 dollar fine.

This bill was proposed before, but didn't get enough support.  It's one thing to think about the children and their health when you're smoking in the car, and it's another when the Government might be overstepping their boundaries and regulating adult behavior.  What do you think?
