Still Using A Cell Phone While Driving? Penalties Could Increase. [POLL]

Penalties are coming if you are still texting and/or using a hand-held cell phone while driving.   They could be quite severe.

Under the bill, first-time offenders would have to pay a fine of $200. Drivers convicted of a second offense within 10 years of the first would have to pay a fine of $400.

Hope the call to Aunt Betty while driving the down the Garden State Parkway was worth it.
