Smoking Ban

Atlantic City casino workers are moving forward on their mission to have smoking banned indoors where they work.

The restriction is now extended for the unforeseeable future.

Another South Jersey town is added to the list of ones that ban smoking on the boardwalk.

Longport is taking steps towards introducing a smoking ban that would prohibit cigarettes and cigars on public parks, buildings, and beaches.

Legislation to potentially ban smoking at New Jersey's public beaches and parks has taken another step forward.

If some of the North Jersey beaches have smoking bans, why doesn't everybody else have one?

Will the future include all South Jersey parks and beaches to be smoke free? You might be able to breath a clearer sigh of relief....

This juggernaut of a casino, was only one of twelve Atlantic City casinos to completely ban smoking.  That changed over Memorial Day weekend.
