Your kids may not be a big fan of wearing them, but at least you don't have to worry about what their wearing....or pressured to wear.

 

Starting in September, Cumberland County may have have a mandatory school uniform policy.

 

Of course, this isn't official just yet.  According to the Press of Atlantic City, 'A public hearing and final vote will be made with the board of education on Feb 13.' 

 

Growing up, school uniforms was a constant debate, but it never happened.  I remember being so against the idea, because I didn't want to wear a kilt or a skirt.

 

Looking back, I also remember the peer pressure that took place because I wasn't wearing an uncomfortable pear of jingo jeans, or shoes that were made for skateboarding by airwalk, even though I didn't know how to skate.  I also remember watching a lot of my buddies be teased because of their clothing.

 

That being said, I may have a change of heart.
