Just whip up a batch of my new favorite Chocolate Blueberry Pudding, courtesy of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson!

What you'll need:

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup blueberries

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Step 1:  slowly melt the chocolate chips (Tracy's recipe calls for a double boiler, but I just use a heat safe bowl over a small saucepan) and set aside

Step 2:  pulse blueberries in a food processor, but DON'T mush or liquify! (my Magic Bullet blender is perfect for this)

Step 3:  using a plastic spatula or small spoon, combine the melted chocolate and cocoa powder with the blueberries until evening mixed (a tsp of water helps with consistency)

Step 4:  chill in fridge (pudding will solidify)  Enjoy!
