Honestly, we're surprised it took THIS long for Pop-Tarts to harness the magic of the beautiful, mythical creature known as the unicorn, but we're not at all surprised that the brand rolled out their new limited-edition flavor just in time for Back to School season.

The unicorn trend continues. Are we getting mermaid Pop-Tarts next year? One last thing, I just noticed Kellogg's is no longer using "Printed Fun" on those flavors that have images printed on the frosting. If I were still in elementary school (and, let's face it, middle or high school), I'd demand this in as many brown bag lunches as possible. I mean, who can have a rough day when you've got this to look forward to! At the very least if you're in a fog the sugar will provide a rush.
