Local Police Search For Missing Woman

Authorities are searching for Sapphire Wiggins, 23, who was last seen on Oct. 15.

According to the Press of Atlantic City, 'Wiggins is described as a black female, about 5-foot-1-inch tall, weighing about 110 pounds. She has a tattoo of an "S" on her left wrist, a picture of a puzzle on her right wrist, a tattoo of the name Jamil on her chest, and a K or Kevin on her ring finger. She also has a mole on the back of her neck.
