The words 'END RACISM NOW' have been painted on the street. A photo and video of the image was posted to the 6abc Action News Instagram. t's a message similar to one commissioned by the mayor of Washington D.C. that spells out 'BLACK LIVES MATTER'.

Have you ever had someone say to you, 'What do you want me to do? Have it written across the sky?' Well, some messages just need to put out there in the loudest, proudest way possible. It's as if you can hear this large yellow letters SCREAMING to be heard. It's something simple that evokes so much.

This sight is in stark contrast to an incident in Franklinville, Gloucester County this week when protesters were taunted by a man kneeling on another person's neck as the demonstration passed by his residence.

The nation is still in mourning and angered over the murder of George Floyd at the hands of four Minneapolis police officers. Floyd was laid to rest yesterday, alongside the mother he cried out for as he was being slowly asphyxiated.

Large or small, have you seen a message of inspiration in your part of South Jersey? We would love to see it. You can message us through the free SoJO 104.9 app.
