Where in South Jersey Can We Find the Best Ice Cream?

This month is 'National Ice Cream Month'.  Do you really need an excuse to get a good ice cream cone? Any day is a good day!

Where in South Jersey can you get the perfect ice cream cone? (Or bowl if your prefer)  Is it in Margate or in Ocean City? Maybe in North Wildwood? Or, maybe you can't find the best ice cream on the shore, perhaps you need to drive more inland.
