
Two People Found Dead Inside of a Home in Egg Harbor City
A mother and her 7-year-old son were found dead inside of a home in Egg Harbor City following what is being labeled a suspicious fire this morning.
The scene unfolded around 8:00 this morning when firefighters responded to what is being considered a suspicious house fire in the 200 block of Washington Avenue in Egg Harbor City. Firefighters found the two victims at the back of the house and a third victim who survived was taken to a hospital. A Press of Atlantic City reporter tweeting from the scene says neighbors never saw flames, just a lot of smoke. Investigators continue to search the scene to figure out what exactly happened.
