The forecast for a blizzard in South Jersey came true as many parts of our area have a foot of snow on the ground and winds are gusting over 35 MPH in spots.
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for the entire region until 7 p.m.
However, the worst of the passing storms is expected to move through the region between 5 and 9 p.m.
As we see much of South Jersey hitting around 90 degrees today, this may be a sign of things to come this summer here -- that is if you believe the prediction from the Farmers Almanac.
