We know being active is great for us, but we all don’t have to fall into the same box when it comes to getting fit. If jogging or weight lifting is not your thing and the word "exercise" makes you cringe, then you might want to hit the dance floor and here's why.

I totally get where this kid Charlie is coming from.  Whenever Dirty Dancing comes on TV I pretend like I know all the choreography too (well, in my head I KNOW I do, lol). He may not know every move, but he's certainly GOT moves.  And, if he's this good already we may very well be looking at the next Patrick Swayze.

It's so dumb, and yet I can't stop watching.

It must be great to be Vin Diesel.  Lots of money, lots of muscles, and lots of time to dance to Katy Perry and Beyonce and posting it on Facebook.
