A lot of my friends are going on their seperate "30 day diets" in which they are trying to accomplish...something.   It's not that they need to lose weight or anything.  I almost feel the need to do the same thing, but then I see what they are eating, and then I look at my McRib,  well you get the point.  Here are some diets that I find interesting, but stupid:


Vinegar and Water Diet

Lord Byron was noted to follow the nothing but vinegar and water diet in the 1820's. He is also noted for suffering from bulimia and anorexia.

The Caveman Diet

The name alone sounds dumb.  Thankfully, it has nothing to do with eating boar and trying to make fire.  It has everything to do with eating a ton of vegtables, some fish, and absolutly no dairy products.  Yes, apparently cows didn't exist in the caveman days.
