This week, a new study came out saying that even if you exercise the right amount, sitting can still kill you. Isn't that swell?

I love when new studies pop up out of the woodwork disrupting my current way of life. The study, published Monday, in Annals of Internal Medicine, says that there is a direct correlation between sitting too long and risk of early death.

So, the longer you sit - the closer to death you apparently are.

I told you it was swell.

But hey look there are ways to combat this. If get your behind up from the chair every 30 minutes and walk around your risk for early death lessens. And of course, make sure you are still exercising.

Read the study in full on CNN, and get your feet moving!
