Egg Harbor Township is on a mission to crack down on jitneys that are driving illegally to the Atlantic City International Airport. What's the big deal?

According to the Press of Atlantic City, Jitneys have been operating at the airport since Dec. 1 but recently came under criticism from township officials who said the green-and-white omnibuses never obtained township licenses and were providing the service illegally.

The latest on this story is:  the jitneys will not be ticketed---for now.

Personally, I love the convenience of getting on a jitney and head to the airport, regardless if the particular jitney is falling a part or not.

Should the Jitney's just stay in Atlantic City?  Or, are we making a big deal out of nothing?
