Authorities in Burlington County say a Clementon man has been arrested in connection to a fatal shooting at an apartment complex earlier this year.

Burlington County Acting Prosecutor LaChia Bradshaw says 22-year-old Teon Macklin-Goodwine has been charged with first-degree murder, first-degree robbery, and related weapon offenses in connection to the death of Ezekiel Sanders, Jr.

An investigation began after officers from the Maple Shade Police Department were called to the Fox Meadows apartment complex on the evening of January 16th after they received a shots-fired call. Cops found Sanders, Jr., on Gardenia Drive with gunshot wounds to the arm and chest. He was taken to Jefferson Hospital in Cherry Hill where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
