As a former server, I look at this video and remember the hard work I put in in/out of the kitchen.  I never forgot about the people who were generous enough to give back to me.  It's how I got through school, it's how I managed to buy a small car to get me to my first radio job and back; and it's what taught me many, many important lessons.

Tip your servers, not because you necessarily have to, but because it comes from your heart.
