Police in Berlin Looking for Ex-Boyfriend of Stabbing Victim

Authorities are searching for the ex-boyfriend of a woman who was fatally stabbed in Berlin Township.

Michael Anthony Eitel is wanted in connection with the death of 39-year-old Carole Bowne, 6abc.com reports.

Police were called to a home on Patton Avenue for a report of an assault just after 10 p.m. Wednesday.

Bowne was found lying on the driveway outside her home, the victim of several stab wounds.

She was taken to Virtua Hospital in Berlin where she was pronounced dead shortly after 11 p.m.

Investigators believe the killing stemmed from a domestic dispute.
