Gloucester Township, NJ Police on Lookout for Hit and Run Driver
Police in Gloucester Township, New are asking the public to be on the lookout for a vehicle they believe was involved in a pedestrian hit and run accident early Thursday morning.
The accident took place approximately 2:30 a.m. along Erial Road between Blackwood-Clementon Road and Argyle Avenue the Blackwood section of Gloucester Township, according to Patch.com, which was closed for a time as investigators processed the scene.

A person was reportedly struck and badly injured in the vicinity of Chesnut Glen housing development near Highland Regional High School by the driver of a dark-colored sport utility vehicle that looks to be blue or black.
Authorities shared surveillance footage of the vehicle accused of fleeing the scene. It likely has sustained front-end damage from the crash.

The identity of the victim has not been made public.
