Ocean City Films a Rendition of Pharrell Williams ‘Happy’ [VIDEO]

The Jersey Shore is open for business, and Ocean City is 'happy' to have you!

The OC Chamber of Commerce was challenged to create their own rendition of Pharrell Williams 'Happy' into an Ocean City music video.  They gladly accepted the challenge.
