Man Shuts Down Highway to Propose to Girlfriend [VIDEO]

This man shut down a busy five-lane highway to propose to his girlfriend. Now he is being charged with obstructing a highway.

Almost everyone has imagined how they would propose, or be proposed to especially when meeting "the one." Well, for Michelle Wycoff of Houston Texas, her fiancé shut down a HIGHWAY to ask her to marry him on Tuesday. Pretty sweet, right? Maybe not for whoever was on that highway. Like every excited person would, Wycoff immediately went to social media to post the video to her Instagram. But now, the proposal is up on YouTube as "Idiiot Shuts Down a Major Highway for Marriage Proposal."

Yikes, and to make matters worst, her fiance, Villa Valladares Navas, is being charged with obstructing a highway. Many of the YoutTube comments are even calling them out because some think it was a dumb and dangerous thing to do.
