First it was tequila, then whiskey and now WINE may be another trick to help you lose weight according to a new study.

I know I'm sorry I couldn't resist talking about another weight loss trick that involves alcohol. Now I don't know it's even possible that a drink involving so much sugar can aid with losing weight- but here it is!

WINE! By drinking two glasses of wine before bed it helps decrease your chance of being overweight. The ingredient 'resveratrol' found in red wine curves late night cravings and trips to the kitchen.

Granted, not everyone is going to be super excited to drink two glasses of wine per night. But you can find resveratrol in fruits like blueberries, strawberries, and grapes.

Or, of course you can just go with good ol' diet and exercise.
