‘Game of Thrones’ Oreos and Beer Are Here [VIDEO]

Less than a week away until the season premiere of the final season of Game of Thrones. The theme song has been stuck in my head for days.

As we prepare for the final season, many companies are coming out with collaborative products. As a fan-girl, of course I had to get my hands on some of these products. I scoured local stores trying to get the Game of Thrones Oreos and beer.

After a few failed attempts I got the GOT inspired Oreos, that were just regular Oreo cookies with special Game of Thrones designs. There are four different designs representing House Stark, House Lannister, House Targaryen, and the Night King.

The beer comes from Brewery Ommegang. They came out with a variety of beers back in March for the final season including: Queen of the Seven Kingdoms, Mother of Dragons, King in the North, Hand of the Queen, and For the Throne. The only variety I could get was For the Throne at a local liquor store. The brewery's website described it as, "...[B]rewed with pilsner and carapils malts, dextrose, and pinot grigio and viognier grape juices, and hopped with Bravo and Saaz varietals. Ommegang’s house yeast is used in primary fermentation and Champagne yeast in bottle conditioning."
