Family of the Mother Accused of Throwing Her Baby into the Inlet Speaks Out [VIDEO]
Yesterday, we reported that a Mother in Atlantic City threw her 2-month old daughter into the ocean, and then jumped into the inlet herself. Her family has now spoken.
Because of some good Samaritans, 23-year-old Tricia Shurig and her baby were rescued and pulled to shore. Bother the Mother and infant are currently being treated at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. Shurig will be charged, and her bail is set at $100,000. But shortly after the news of this incident broke out, her family spoke to the media and defended her.
