It's something that just comes over you. Your mind clouds over and sets up a mental roadblock that leaves you feeling tired and so not in a space to tackle your to-do list.

I get brain fog more than I care to admit. Yes, it's worst after nights where I was sleep-deprived, or when a hangover is involved, and even when there's a lack of sunlight. Here are five of Dr. Willeumier's suggestions for how to help it evaporate and get your mind back to business.

5 Ways to Clear Up Brain Fog

I plan on keeping Dr. Willemier's techniques for banishing brain fog on my refrigerator kitchen and taped to my computer monitor to remember to practice them. Let me know if they help you out, too!
