42-Year-Old Villas Grandmother Accused of Kidnapping Grandkids
A 42-year-old grandmother from Villas stands accused of kidnapping her own grandchildren.
Cinnamon Kelly faces charges of Kidnapping and Endangering the Welfare of a Child after, according to police, she left the Cape May County superior court Monday afternoon with her one and two-year-old grandchildren moments after a judge denied her custody of the kids.
Police say Kelly was arrested overnight in Prospect Park, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The children were also located, unharmed.
