In all honesty, it was a beautifully executed night of fashion on the Golden Globes red carpet.  Save for a few fit issues, the good taste bar was set pretty high.  But there have to be winners and losers.  Find out who came in at the top of my best and worst dressed lists!

--#2.  Elementary's Lucy Liu channels Scarlett O'Hara in this voluminous flowered Carolina Hererra creation.
