New Jersey’s Winter Weather Predictions Are In, And They Don’t Look Good
So how's the weather?
Such an unimpressive topic of conversation, but something most people are obsessed over.
My wife for example is like an amateur meteorologist, she loves talking about the weather and trying to figure out what it'll be like each weekend here at the Jersey Shore.
But with winter coming in just the next couple of months one question is on everyone's mind in the Garden State.
What will this year's winter be like?
Mild and uneventful like last year?
Or chock full of snow, and freezing temperatures?
Before living in Jersey, we lived in State College Pennsylvania, home of Penn State, and for the four years we were out there we saw more snow than we thought possible.
I'm talking about a foot of snow a week over the course of a month or so.
Needless to say, snow isn't something that worries us too much anymore but that's not the case for some people, and this winter could pose a problem for people who don't like the snow.
What Will New Jersey's 2023 - 2024 Winter Look Like?
Snowy. Cold. Slushy.
Only In Your State reports that this winter in the Garden State could potentially be a rough one, drastically different from what we experienced last year.
In fact, Only In Your State reported that the Farmers Almanac says the first major snowstorm of the winter will come in the second week of January 2024.
On top of that, we'll get another major snowstorm in the second week of February.
How they can predict that is beyond me, and personally, I'll believe it when I see it but it looks like we could be in for a cold, snowy, and slushy winter this year.
Then again, a snowy Jersey Shore is quite a sight to see.
