Williamstown’s Kevin Walsh Got Pretty Far on the Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions
Congratulations, to Kevin Walsh, of Williamstown. Although he didn't win the whole Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions, he got pretty far and earned a nice payday!
Walsh won his quarter-final round of the tournament, but failed to pass the semi-finals round.
Unfortunately, Kevin didn't get to compete in last night's first round of finals, but he did walk away with a $10,000 prize.
Kevin, who makes his living as an animator on the west coast, has made South Jersey proud! It's quite an accomplishment just to have done so well on Jeopardy! that he made it to the Tournament of Champions. That's not something every Jeopardy! contestant can brag about.
Back in October, Walsh had the luck of competing in a round of Final Jeopardy! all by himself during one of host Alex Trebek's last aired episodes.
The Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions will conclude tonight, when we found out who answers their way to the title.
