Whoa Baby! Mom Gives Birth Mid-Air on Flight from Philadelphia

Imagine having a flight delay like this one! A mom gave birth mid-air on a flight from Philadelphia traveling to Orlando, FL on Sunday night.

Thankfully medical personnel on board delivered the baby safe and sound after the mom unexpectedly went into labor:

The Southwest Airlines flight was diverted to Charleston, South Carolina, so the new parents and baby could be transported to the hospital. As for the rest of the passengers, they continued their flight to Orlando, FL.
