No that's not Sarah Palin.  Or Tina Fey.  Or Sara Bareilles.  Her name is Ingrid Michaelson and she's a super talented singer songwriter.  In the video clip for her new song 'Girls Chase Boys', Ingrid experiments with role reversal and pays homage to the late Robert Palmer's legendary 'Addicted to Love'.
