This Star Had Her Press-On Nails Flown to the Met Gala

Hey, when you need a manicure for a big night, you do what you gotta do.

Kim Kardashian tweeted Tuesday night that her press-on nails for the Met Gala were flown to New York on Katy Perry's private plane, and glued to her fingers just before she hit the red carpet.

Both Katy and Kim showed up to the Met Gala gilded from head to toe, Katy in ginormous angel wings, Kim poured into gold lame by Versace. The night's theme was Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.
