Music's new 'it girl' is coming to Philadelphia as Sabrina Carpenter is set to bring her Short n' Sweet Tour to the area this year.

It wasn't all that long ago that Sabrina Carpenter was just a main character side kick on the TV series Girl Meets World. But now she's in the spotlight all on her own thanks to a music career that's heightened her profile to a whole new level.

She's got hair as fair as snow. She's attended the elite Met Gala. She was tapped to open several dates of The Eras Tour for Taylor Swift and performed at Coachella. And every designer wants to dress her.

Those accolades don't even count Sabrina's biggest project yet: Her sixth studio album Short n' Sweet and her first headlining tour that she'll go on later this year to support it.

Sabrina Carpenter's currently topping music charts with the single 'Espresso', which is quickly vying for song of the summer.

On September 23rd, Carpenter takes her Short n' Sweet Tour on the road, beginning in Columbus, Ohio.

The trek eventually brings her to Philadelphia, PA on Tuesday, October 8th.

Tickets for Sabrina Carpenter's Short n' Sweet Tour stop at Wells Fargo Center in Philly go on sale soon through Ticketmaster, but presale opportunities go into full swing on Tuesday, June 25th.

Born in Quakertown, PA, Philly will be a sort of hometown show for the 25-year-old.
