We need to bring more awareness to this topic, can somebody say long overdue?

Adults struggle through the day with various things, such as bills, health, work, social and personal life, just to name a few. But what about hygiene? More specifically skin care. Even more specific, acne.

Now before I go any further let me say this for all to hear, loud and clear. ADULT ACNE IS A REAL THING. I don't care what you say, it's a real problem for some of us. You can be the healthiest person in New Jersey, eat all the right foods, have a BMI of -1000% (obviously exaggerated), have an active lifestyle and so on, and still suffer from those gross zits.

You can also be the complete opposite of that (like myself), and suffer the same fate as well.

Yes, it is far down the list of problems of high importance, but tell that to an aspiring model or actor who can't get work or someone who is still dating in their late 30s but can't find any dates because they still get puss-filled pimples on their face.

No one is exempt from having adult acne. In fact, adults can get acne well after their 20s, through their 30s, 40s, and in rare cases 50s. No one should have to go through that, but it happens. And for some reason it is not brought to anyone's attention.

You, and me, might have tried a million different things over the years, including eating healthy, facial products, and over-the-counter medications. And all have failed. Some have even gone as far to get strong prescription medication or surgery. Sometimes it's something as simple as family history that's against you. Sadly in a world where image is everything these are the extremes that people have gone through to get that literal picture perfect face.

This needs to change now, I call for more awareness! Who's with me?! I refuse to let this take over my our life!

If only Dr. Pimple Popper were on the east coast... Lol (not kidding, kind of)
