I've always been a physically active person. Bike riding, Spartan races, weight lifting, running - I just love to workout. Exercise is also a fantastic way to keep your brain healthy.

I do have to warn that Daily Yoga DOES have free exercises, but to unlock all its benefits, it'll cost you. For a 12 month membership, it's only $3.99, which compared to other yoga classes I've searched into...definitely a lot cheaper.

I suggest this app for anyone, like myself, seeking to get started with yoga without paying a costly membership.
