Manny is a very special very sweet senior beagle who was found abandoned dragging his hind legs, unable to walk. We have had him checked by a neurologist who confirmed he has been paralyzed for quite some time, likely due to an old untreated disc injury, but at this point, there is nothing to be done to regain function. He is not in any pain and is a happy guy who craves attention and likes to go for walks and sniff around in his wheelchair.
