A South Jersey Man met the stranger who saved his life on the side of the road five months ago after losing control of his motorcycle.Rufus Graham lost control while riding on Route 130 back in July and was thrown off the bike. This resulted in his leg being severed by a sign along the road. Walter Rives saw Rufus on the side of the road and stopped to save his life. Fortunately, Rives stopped the bleeding coming from Rufus's leg by using his belt as a tourniquet. Without his tourniquet, Rufus could have lost his life due to loss of blood.

Rufus spent weeks in the hospital after this, and had no recollection of the man who saved his life. Five months later, Rufus meets his hero in an emotional reunion captured by NBC Philadelphia.

Rufus Graham was outfitted with a new prosthetic leg on Friday.
