South Jersey Elementary Students Donate Halloween Candy to Troops
These students have a big heart, and healthier teeth as a result of it.
In Harrison Township, the students of Pleasant Valley Elementary School got together and decided to share their Halloween treats with those that were not able to, the troops that were fighting for our freedom.
The 5th grade classes led by Ms. Heitman and Ms. Capone gathered up all their Halloween candy that they got from trick-or-treating and decided to send the troops some Halloween sweets.
That's just one way you can get rid of some unwanted, extra Halloween Candy.
You can always trade it for some money as well! Brickworks Dental in Mays Landing will give you $1 per pound for unwanted candy, up to 10lbs. You can check out more info on that here.
But back to students at Pleasant Valley Elementary, nicely done!
