South Jersey City Makes List of Unfriendliest in the US

Traveler Magazine has once again listed the top unfriendliest cities in America.  Guess who made the list again?

Atlantic City was rated the third unfriendliest city in America.  Last year they were ranked fourth, so congrats on moving up?
