With Wildwood officials considering rules that would require visitors to pull up their pants while on the town's boardwalk, the question begs--should the practice of wearing your pants below your booty really be banned?

On June 12, a measure requiring the waist band of pants, shorts, swimsuits, and skirts to be no lower than 3 inches below the waist to prevent the exposure, will come up for a vote in Wildwood.

Police and code enforcement officers would be given the right to request the violator to calmly leave the boardwalk if they choose not to change, according to NBCPhiladelphia.com.

Citation's could cost offenders $25-$100.
