A proposed 94.4 million dollar sale has been approved.

Glenn Straub, a Florida real estate developer whom we all thought was going to buy Revel to begin with, has been approved to buy the property.  But you and I both know this purchase wouldn't go over that smooth, right?

According to the Press of Atlantic City, 'Straub wants the property at a steeper discount, and on Monday his attorney said he would turn to U.S. District Court to halt the decision, potentially suspending a sale process already marred by delay.'

Revel Casino originally cost 2.4 billion dollars to build, now Straub wants to buy the property for 87 million dollars.
