Quick, Easy Workout You Can Do on Your Lunch Break! [VIDEO]
With the weather turning warmer (slowly, lol), I'm beginning to take advantage of the outdoors. Let me show you a quick workout I manage to squeeze in during my lunch break.
One of my favorite things to do after I get off the air, is to take a stroll down to Birch Grove Park in Northfield. It's a nice walk (or run if I'm feeling particularly energetic). I find an empty set of bleachers and put myself through a quick circuit of strength training using my own body weight before I turn back. You could even mock jump rope or run the baseball field bases in between each set for an extra burst of cardio!
