Police Investigating Fatal Car Crash on White Horse Pike

Tragedy struck Mullica Township yesterday afternoon.....

One man died, and a woman and her son were injured in a car accident on the White Horse Pike.

According to the Press of Atlantic City:

Donna Simpkins, 48, of Mullica, was driving a Toyota Tacoma. The man driving a 2008 Honda CBR motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. His name was not released Sunday pending family notification.

Simpkins and her 14-year-old son, who was not identified, were extricated from the truck. They were both airlifted to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus in Atlantic City.

The mother is listed in critical condition, while her son is listed as stable.
