Missing Toddler Found Dead in Haddon Township [VIDEO]

Investigators remain on the scene of a wooded area in Haddon Township where a 3-year-old boy was found dead Tuesday morning.

The boy reportedly went missing from a home on Cooper Street around 6 a.m., according to Camden County Prosecutor's Office.

He was tracked to a stretch of woods off South Park Drive near Cooper River where a police K-9 discovered him dead, 6abc.com reports.

The child's name is being withheld, as is the cause of death pending an autopsy.

Authorities tell 6abc.com this is "very much an ongoing investigation."
