Man Arrested for Leaving Toddler in Car While on a Date at EHT Eatery

An Atlantic City man is facing charges after cops in Egg Harbor Township say he left a 3-year-old boy unattended in a parked car while on a date inside a Egg Harbor Township restaurant.

According to the Press of Atlantic City, 32-year old Brandon Morgan of Atlantic City has been arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Authorities in EHT say, police responded to a call Saturday (as area temps soared towards 100 degrees) about a boy who'd been left alone in a car outside Chickie's and Pete's in the English Creek Shopping Center in Egg Harbor Township. The toddler, who was not harmed, was already removed form the car by onlookers after being left alone for three hours.
